Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this recent document disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
